We realize that the majority of our readers are probably not in a swing state, but… and this is huge… the 2008 Election is living history.
If you have never voted and registered for the first time, your vote does matter, even where you are. You felt something when you decided to register.
Now, follow through. If you've voted before, do it again. One day, your kids will ask you about the 2008 Election and you can tell them your story.

We recognize that no matter what the end result, this election will set the course for America for years to come. Do your part and get out there. We're proud of you already.

2) Oct. 10-11 – San Diego Asian Film Festival
Projekt NewSpeak is premiering their first documentary: Power of the Swing Vote
It will be shown at the big screens on Tuesday, Oct. 14. NewSpeak staff will attend the opening ceremonies.
3) Tues., Oct. 14; 8 pm – 2008 International Sketch Competition at the Laugh Factory SketchComedyShow.com are FINALISTS! and will be competing for the CHAMPIONSHIP!
4) Fri., Oct. 17; 8 pm - SketchComedyShow.com will be headlining a performanceat Wokcano's in Santa Monica with MACY GRAY. This event is to Get Out the Vote!
Alex Hwang will also perform, representing Projekt NewSpeak! (Other celebs in attendance: John Cho, James Kyson Lee, Sung Kang, Michelle Krusiec and more.)
5) Sat., Oct. 25 – SketchComedyShow.com's 3rd show of the season. (Episode 3) at KIWA. Doors open 6:30 pm.
6) Nov. ? - Filming sketches at HBO Studios!
7) Nov 6-23 – LA Comedy Festival (SketchComedyShow.com will perform for 2 nights – undetermined dates)
8) Dec. 5,6,7 – SketchComedyShow.com's 4th show of the season. It is a 3 night run! (Episode 4) at KIWA; POSSIBLE EVENTS
